- has good knowledge of how to support children’s physical development
- is able to plan and lead motivating physical activities for young children
- whose own commitment to and enthusiasm for physical activity inspires others
- is committed to the safeguarding of children.
- is reliable, punctual and able to meet the physical demands required of this role (e.g. working outdoors in all weather, lifting and moving equipment).
