As Headteacher, I feel incredibly lucky to lead such a special school. Every day I have the privilege of working alongside dedicated staff, wonderful children and supportive families who all want the very best for our community. Who are we looking for? As we continue our journey, we know we need the right people around us. Creating the School Business Manager role is an important step for the school. We are looking for someone who will become a key member of our Senior Leadership Team and help us build on everything we have achieved so far. Whilst finance, HR, premises and administration are all essential parts of the role, I am really looking for someone who enjoys making things better. Every adult at All Saints is a role model and teacher. We need a team member who can spot opportunities, solve problems, and build positive relationships. We value honesty, teamwork and people who are prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved.
