Grange Farm Primary School has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Admin Team. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual who has strong administrative and business skills. The person appointed will work under the direction of the School Business Manager and will provide all‑round administrative support to the School, including meeting and greeting parents and other customers, processing financial transactions, assisting with financial year‑end procedures and inputting data. This is a varied and enjoyable role, for the right person. Experience of School office procedures is essential.
The hours of work will be 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday to Friday, term time only with 5 Teacher Training days and 5 days to be worked during School holiday periods (usually towards the end of the Summer holiday). The working hour start time is non‑negotiable. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required to deal with members of our School community, in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

The successful applicant will have experience of using computerised financial management systems. Experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage, as would experience of dealing with a wide range of customers. Salary: Actual salary £15,628 - £17,764 for 25 hours per week, TTO for 40 weeks less than 5 years service. Actual salary £15,984 - £18,165 for 25 hours per week, TTO for 40 weeks more than 5 years service.
