About The Role
Coventry City Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Foundation Phase Coach to join our coaching team on a casual hours basis. We’re looking for an energetic person with a genuine passion for developing primary school–aged players both on and off the pitch. This role focuses on supporting individual growth through high-quality football coaching and holistic development.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the continued evolution of our Academy programme, ensuring it remains a supportive and challenging environment for our young players.

Essential Requirements
- UEFA B Coaching Licence
- FA Youth Award
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Experience working with young children
- EFAIF First Aid Qualification (or willingness to complete prior to starting)
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- FA Advanced Youth Award (Foundation Phase)
- Experience working in an Academy football environment
- Experience coaching in grassroots football (Mini Soccer)
