The Role

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and talented Professional Development Phase Coach to join our dynamic team. In the role of Professional Development Phase Coach (U18), you will be responsible for working with the Under 18 squad on a daily basis, leading the team in the Under 18 Professional Development Phase League and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide a programme that supports the individual development of all the players within the Under 17 and Under 18 age groups.

By instilling the Academy values of Respect, Development and Resilience, you will work closely with the Senior Professional Development Phase coach to ensure players are prepared to make the step towards professional football, ensuring each player's individual learning plan is designed and implemented to provide them with the best chance to fulfil their potential. The role will report into the Head of Academy Coaching, who will provide bespoke support on the needs of the coach for their own personal development.
