As an MSLO, you'll be the friendly face of the Club, helping supporters with enquiries, gathering feedback and ensuring every fan enjoys a safe, welcoming and memorable matchday experience. Acting as a key link between Coventry City and its supporters, you'll work closely with fan groups, home and away supporters, and internal teams to help resolve issues and improve engagement.

- Escalate and help resolve supporter issues.
- Promote the Club's values in a positive and professional manner.
- Help create an inclusive, enjoyable and safe environment for all supporters.

Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and home matchdays.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
