Join the Action at Coventry City Football Club! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Matchday Stewarding Team at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Be part of the excitement in a fast-paced sporting environment, helping to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for supporters.
A range of roles are available, and full training will be provided – no experience necessary.
Role PurposeTo provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all supporters and visitors attending fixtures and events primarily at the CBS Arena. This role is on a casual hours basis supporting our matchday/events which may include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Responsibilities include:- Safety & Crowd Management
- Customer Service
- Ground regulation Compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, confident, and able to work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous stewarding, customer service, or security experience.
- Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or willingness to work towards this).
- Knowledge of football matchday operations.
