Coventry City FC is seeking a Casual Ticket Office Assistant to join our Ticket Office team. You will help supporters with ticket sales, enquiries, and matchday operations, delivering friendly, efficient service both in person and across channels.
The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchdays. You will process transactions, update records in line with GDPR, and promote club products while ensuring a welcoming fan experience.
