Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for library visitors.
  • Assist patrons in using IT services.
  • Answer questions on a wide variety of subjects.
  • Lead events and activities such as rhyme times.
  • Move books and other materials around the library.
  • Create and promote book displays.
  • Deal with complaints and incidents in the library.
  • Manage, train and motivate library staff.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications:
