Learning Mentor – Earlsdon Primary School
We are seeking a competent, compassionate, and caring Learning Mentor with primary school experience to join our existing Pastoral Support Team.
Key responsibilities include supporting pupils, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:
First Aid qualification or willingness to train.
Experience in primary education and pastoral support.
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices.
Enhanced criminal record check via DBS, safeguarding and pre‐employment clearance.
Work pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4pm (35hrs per week).
