What is the job role?

Required to start September 2026. 35 hours per week. Term Time Only plus 5 Teacher Training Days. Temporary for one year in the first instance. Henley Green primary School wish to appoint a permanent full time Teaching Assistant.

We are seeking an excellent teaching assistant to join our 'GOOD SCHOOL' (OFSTED March 2024). The successful candidate will be:

  • An inclusive thinker. Able to engage and motivate pupils with SEND.
  • Recognise that children come from different backgrounds, with different experiences and they are equally valued.
