What is the job role?
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Coventry City Council is seeking a dynamic and organised Coordinator to support the delivery of our Family Group Conference (FGC) and Lifelong Links (LL) services—helping families build stronger support networks and brighter futures.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and champion high-quality FGC and LL services across Coventry
- Promote inclusive practice that reflects the diverse needs of our community
- Support the team in identifying and reporting outcomes for children, young people, and families
- Use data systems to map activity, forecast trends, and inform service planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Organise and minute meetings, update project plans, and track referrals
- Submit monthly returns to regulatory bodies and funders
- Lead on developing processes and systems to improve service delivery and performance reporting
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and financial analysis to support strategic goals
