We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, unique school from September 2026. Howes Community Primary School is full to the brim of amazing children and staff who all strive to be the best that they can be. Children at Howes experience a range of exciting and innovative opportunities that enable everyone to shine, have fun and learn. We have approximately 180 children in school from Nursery to Year Six.
What is the job role?
Children at Howes display positive behaviour and have beautiful manners and an enthusiasm for school life. Visitors regularly comment on the friendly and welcoming ethos and culture we have in school. Being part of a diverse and inclusive school, we are fortunate to have a Hearing Resource Base within the school. The children and staff live out the values of the school daily as we prepare our children for their future years as responsible and respectful members of the local and wider community with the ability to overcome challenges that they may face in an ever‑changing world.
