The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and forward‑thinking professional to join our School as the School’s Business Manager. This is a key role in our School and you will need to have a proven track record leading a number of school teams.
Key Duties:
- Managing the School’s finances
- Overseeing management of the premises
- Lead on Health and Safety
- Lead HR practice and policy
In addition, you will lead a team of non‑teaching support staff, acting as the Line Manager for the Office team and the School’s Site Services Manager. There will be a requirement for you to attend occasional evening meetings, for which either payment or time off in lieu will be made. You will work 30 hours per week but start and finish times can be negotiated. The post is term‑time only, plus 5 Teacher Days and a further 1 week during school closure periods. This is likely to be at the end of the summer holidays.
