You will undertake plan assessments and site inspections, assess developments against Building Regulations, and liaise with clients while ensuring decisions are recorded and compliant with legislation.
Depending on RBI accreditation, you will handle a range of Building Control applications, respond to dangerous structures, and contribute to service improvements.
