Overview: Overnight carer - Supporting children with disabilities, complex health needs and potential trauma related behaviours, to develop a sleep routine within a safe, secure and nurturing environment. Attending to personal care needs as required. Contribute to individual care planning ensuring all records are maintained appropriately.
Relationship builder - ongoing support through positive relationships and promoting the development of meaningful interaction, guided by the values of; child-centred care, respect, dignity, good parenting, independence, fulfilment, and partnership, with the ability to recognise and implement different forms of communication that meet children's needs.
Educator - Sharing information with children in an accessible way, empowering them to make informed choices about their care and future.

Working Patterns: Part-time 22 hours per week Waking Night carer positions. Hours are on a fixed 9 week rota that also includes weekends and bank holidays. There may also be some training opportunities where courses are delivered in person during the day, which you will be expected to attend.
