What is the job role?
You will provide an efficient and high-quality recruitment and onboarding administration service to designated service areas, championing the Council’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage and contributing to a positive candidate experience. Your role will include supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, such as preparing and issuing contracts and contract variations, and proactively managing pre-employment checks to ensure candidates are onboarded smoothly and on time. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will handle recruitment and onboarding queries with confidence. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations will be key to your success.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines. You will be a strong administrator with experience supporting a range of customers and delivering a high level of service.
