A fantastic development opportunity for a Project Support Officer within the Transformation and Change team. The role is based at Friargate and is a 32 hour per week fixed‑term contract for 8 months. We are looking for someone who is interested in service improvement and change and wants to develop their skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of project activity to progress work at pace.
  • Undertake research and analysis, using information and data to support decision making.
  • Contribute to project plans, reports and presentations.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across different services and all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications and skills

  • Good interpersonal skills, with some confidence in dealing with senior colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and work to deadlines.
  • An ability to undertake research and analyse information to draw clear conclusions.
  • The ability to work as part of a team on reviews and project activity.
  • A constructive approach to building and maintaining effective working relationships.
