Coventry City Council is seeking a proactive and organised People Services Co-ordinator to join our Employee Relations team. You will support managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of people policies and helping to create an inclusive working environment.
You will provide advice on policies, assist with organisational change projects, maintain HR data, produce reports, and monitor sickness absence management, working closely with People Services Advisors and Business.
