Hours: The hours of work will be 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday to Friday, term time only with 5 Teacher Training days and 5 days to be worked during School holiday periods (usually towards the end of the Summer holiday). Annual leave is not permitted to be taken during the working weeks of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all‑round administrative support to the School, including meeting and greeting parents and other customers.
- Process financial transactions and assist with financial year‑end procedures.
- Input data accurately into computerised financial management systems.
- Support the School Business Manager in day‑to‑day tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience of using computerised financial management systems.
- Experience working in a busy office environment is an advantage.
- Experience dealing with a wide range of customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
