Has recent experience of working with Reception aged children
Has experience of supporting children to become confident readers, writers and mathematicians.
Has experience of supporting children with additional needs, (physical, educational and emotional)
Has experience of supporting neurologically diverse children
Recognises and celebrates the uniqueness of every child.
Uses positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.
Works effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
Whose personal values align with those of our school.
Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.
Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and have empathy.
Is a reflective practitioner who recognises the importance of professional learning.
