What is the job role?

We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to build positive relationships with children, families, victims, and partner agencies.

The role requires delivering interventions in one‑to‑one and group settings, assessing needs, maintaining accurate records, and supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with children, families, victims and partner agencies.
  • Deliver tailored interventions in one‑to‑one and group settings.
  • Assess risks and needs of children involved in crime.
  • Support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering interventions for children, families and victims.
  • Strong understanding of the risks and challenges faced by children involved in crime.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills with experience of accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to design, deliver and evaluate interventions that support positive outcomes.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
  • Required Conditions
  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Appointment conditional upon satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).
