The Site Services Officer will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and operational needs of the Coventry Alternative Provision Academy (CAPA). Under the leadership team’s supervision, responsibilities include ensuring all site facilities are safe, well‑maintained, and attractive for student activities, operating the school minibus to collect and drop off students, and providing flexible support during school holidays and absences.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out janitorial, maintenance, and monitoring duties across CAPA sites.
- Driving the school minibus and coordinating student transport.
- Maintaining a safe and suitable environment for all site activities.
- Working flexible hours (up to 37 hours per week) and adjusting shifts as required.
