The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional to join our senior leadership team as the School’s Business Manager.

Key Duties include:

  • A strategic leadership role as a member of the School’s senior leadership team
  • Responsibility for the School’s finances
  • Oversee management of the premises
  • Lead on Health and Safety
  • Lead HR practice and policy
  • Line management of the office staff and Site Service Officer

The post is term-time only plus 5 Teacher Days and a further 2 weeks during school closure periods. This is likely to be at the start and end of the summer holidays but can be negotiated.

  • Has a deep understanding of customer service and sees parents as partners in education.
