Henley Green Primary School wishes to appoint a permanent full-time experienced School Business Manager. We are a happy, vibrant, diverse and inclusive school – rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED (March 2024). We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Business Manager to manage the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including:
- Finance management
- Lead on health and safety
- Human resources
- Compliance
- Administration
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a primary school setting or other similar educational provision. The role requires a dedicated, flexible and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality and integrity.
The successful applicant will join a hardworking admin team and will have a genuine enthusiasm for school life and an understanding of how their role will positively contribute to staff and children alike.
