Coventry City Council is looking for a motivated Rough Sleeping Prevention Officer to join the Rough Sleeping Outreach Team. You will work directly with people in the community who are rough sleeping or at risk, assess needs, build relationships and provide ongoing support to secure accommodation and prevent relapse into rough sleeping.
Based in Coventry, you will collaborate with drug and alcohol services, probation, health services and housing providers to coordinate timely interventions.
