Responsibilities
- Supporting in the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of Learning and Talent Development, Employee Recognition events and other People and Culture interventions.
- Supporting with the administration of a range of our diverse and varied work streams.
- Monitoring attendance and completion of our programmes to identify under‑represented groups.
- Acting as a point of contact and responding to queries across a range of People and Culture programmes and events.
- Developing and maintaining the People and Culture intranet pages, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all employees.
- Creating and sharing content to promote varied People and Culture activities via the intranet, staff app and Council social media.
- Building effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support on varied work streams.
- Analysing data to help us to make evidence based decisions and assess the impact of our People and Culture work.

- Passionate and creative in finding imaginative ways to showcase our work and promote People & Culture events across multiple platforms.
- Has basic IT skills, including the ability to collate and present information.
- Has organisational skills and can work to schedules and deadlines.
- Has excellent communication skills and can use initiative to identify problems and propose solutions whilst working with a diverse workforce.
- Has the ability to promote our activities and related events using social media.
