This service has responsibility for a range of important statutory educational work within Coventry. We are a creative, connected and forward-thinking service. As the Integrated SEND Support Service Coordinator, you will be front of house, based at Cannon Park Annexe five days per week, ensuring the building runs efficiently and provides a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for staff and the families we support. You will support recruitment related administration, maintain secure information systems, and lead on all health and safety responsibilities for the site. The role also includes managing a small team, championing digital improvements, and acting as a go-to specialist for ICT systems.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused individual to coordinate the day-to-day running of the building, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational standards, and provide specialist administrative and digital support to teams. We are seeking someone who can bring strong organisational skills and proactive problem solving to a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the Health & Safety representative for Cannon Park Annexe; knowledge of health and safety compliance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all H&S standards, statutory requirements, and organisational procedures.
  • Oversee IT and data compliance, ensuring GDPR and information governance standards are met.
  • Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support for staff recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain and monitor the staff training and audit matrix to ensure all mandatory requirements are up to date.
  • Act as EVOLVE Administrator for events and educational visits.
  • Participate in service meetings, planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of systems and procedures to support efficient ways of working.
  • Skilled in producing reports and analysing data to maintain accurate information systems, support management decision making and performance monitoring.
  • Experience of managing a team within a busy customer-focussed environment through effective work allocation, performance monitoring, and ongoing development.
  • Respond to Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests within statutory deadlines.
