Coventry City Council's Housing and Homelessness Service is expanding its Supported Accommodation team. We are seeking a proactive Housing Officer to manage temporary accommodation, sustain tenancies, resolve housing issues and help customers move into permanent homes.
You will supervise a caseload across the city, work with partner agencies, balance individual needs with effective accommodation management, and respond to property inspections, repairs, and antisocial behaviour.
