Coventry City Council is expanding its Supported Accommodation team and seeks a proactive Housing Officer to join the Housing and Homelessness Service.
You will manage temporary accommodation, sustain tenancies, resolve housing issues and help customers move into permanent housing across the city.
You’ll work with partner agencies, balance client needs with efficient accommodation management, and handle inspections, sign-ups and multi-agency meetings in a fast-paced environment.
