Coventry City Council is seeking a permanent full-time Customer Services Meet and Greet to join our busy team. The service hours are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with 08:30–17:00 on a rota.

You will answer enquiries, signpost, and support customers in our service centre, with occasional coverage of reception points across the city. Strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, and training will be provided.
