As part of our commitment to valuing families, the Family Valued Team is expanding and we are looking for Family Valued Practice Leads who are committed to making a difference to children, young people and their families through supporting the Children's and Education Services workforce and our partners to work relationally and restoratively with children and families; focussing on the importance of relationships, working alongside children, young people and families, empowering family-led decision making, slowing down our thinking, and keeping children and families at the heart of all we do.
As part of the Family Valued Team you will work with practitioners, managers and partners at all levels, to embed Family Valued as our practice approach; hosting learning events, facilitating Rethink Formulation with professionals and families, developing practice and resources to support practice, and working with the Participation Team and others, to ensure that children, young people and families' voice is contributing to shaping how we work 'with' children and families. The 3 posts are fixed term until March 2029. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.
