Job Role

Help us shape a stronger, more connected Coventry. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the community – building relationships, solving problems, and making services easier for residents to access. You’ll work across Family Hubs and local neighbourhoods to understand what people need and help deliver real, practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly point of contact for residents, offering universal help and connecting them to wider support.
  • Build trust, spot hidden needs, and help residents navigate services.
  • Act as a digital champion, supporting people to access online tools and services.
  • Work with partners across the Council, Early Help, and the community.
  • Shape local service offers by capturing insights, trends, and resident feedback.
  • Promote opportunities, raise aspirations, and support residents to thrive.

Eligibility & Requirements

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. This role does not offer sponsorship. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory response to a police record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
