Coventry City Council is seeking an Environmental Case Officer to tackle waste mismanagement in HMOs across Coventry. You will carry out inspections, investigate complaints, gather evidence, interview witnesses and alleged offenders, and take enforcement action where necessary to secure compliance with legislation.
You will work with landlords, tenants and partner agencies to resolve fly‑tipping, nuisance and other issues while educating and guiding stakeholders on responsibilities and best practices.
