This position is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2027, aligned with a Government-backed programme, with potential for future extension subject to continued funding and programme priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of clients, guiding them from initial engagement through to sustained employment.
  • Deliver tailored advice, job search support, and employability training – both 1:1 and in group settings.
  • Work intensively with employers and the Employer Engagement Team to match clients to vacancies, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure job retention.
  • Lead initiatives such as Employer Host Days, Job Interview Guarantees, and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate across services and partners to deliver a seamless, city-wide employment offer.
