What is the job role?

As Digital Services Business Relationship Partner you will help create a smooth, reliable and user‑focused experience across our digital services. You will build strong working relationships across the organisation, understand business needs and ensure digital solutions deliver real value for colleagues and customers. You will identify opportunities to improve how Digital Services engages with users and support clear, effective and creative communications that help people understand and make the most of available services and technologies. You will play an important role in ensuring solutions meet current and future business needs, while providing open and transparent communication about Digital Services priorities, plans and direction. You will also take ownership of the day‑to‑day delivery of agreed digital services, focusing on service quality, continuous improvement and clear communication about incidents, updates and changes.

Who are we looking for?

You might have experience in relationship management, service delivery, digital engagement or stakeholder communications, or you may have gained transferable skills in a related role.
