Coventry City Council is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Safer Housing and Communities Team. In this role, you will manage compliance of HMO licence conditions, assist HMO Team Managers, and work on enforcement investigations within the city.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of housing enforcement and significant experience in managing diverse caseloads. A relevant environmental health qualification is essential. This position is based in the UK and does not offer sponsorship.
