Allesley Primary School are seeking to appoint several Playworkers to join our before and after school provision team (Bluebirds). Our experienced team are passionate about providing high-quality care for children, keeping them safe, cared for and entertained before and at the end of the normal school day.
The working hours for this role are: 7:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are happy to accept applications for either the morning or afternoon session only, but please make this clear on your application.
What is the job role? We are seeking enthusiastic Play Workers who enjoy supporting children and working collaboratively with the school team. Someone who can:
- Be a dedicated, reliable professional with the ability to engage children
- Set high standards for themselves and others
- Be a pro-active team player with good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Be creative, motivated, innovative and able to think 'outside the box'
