Coventry Citizens Advice (CCA) is seeking an energy adviser to join our Energy Team. You will provide 1-2-1 generalist advice with a focus on energy and income maximisation, via telephone, face to face, and digital channels.
You will support vulnerable clients in fuel poverty across Coventry, including outreach events and travel between venues, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
