Following the acquisition of The Co-operative Bank, we are bringing together two, purpose-driven organisations to shape something new and exciting for the future of UK financial services. The scale of the opportunity is significant; the ambition is real and the work ahead will set the tone for years to come.
Through this, we have the rare opportunity to join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner to look after parts of Head Office. The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is critical to delivering best-practice Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on diverse talent, direct sourcing and meaningful candidate and colleague experiences.
You'll be keen to contribute to an ambitious roadmap that strengthens employer brand, embraces technology and continuously elevates what we do. As a trusted partner aligned to functional and executive stakeholders, you'll have your eye and expertise over all recruitment needs and be accountable for shaping and delivering effective recruitment and hiring strategies.
You'll enjoy using data and insight to tell compelling stories, promote success and address talent challenges with clear plans and communication. You'll work closely with People, Talent and Culture colleagues, drawing on workforce capability, talent and succession planning to ensure the right skills and capabilities are delivered through Talent Acquisition.
