About the role Weve recently gained regulatory approval to purchase The Co-operative Bank, and as such we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Societys Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team on a 9-month fixed term contract to support with this integration. Producing high quality analysis, modelling and reporting that enables timely, effective and informed commercial decision making, the Senior Finance Analyst will support the Society by providing subject matter expert knowledge to drive improvements in understanding and efficiency. The person in post will support the annual and quarterly organisational budgets for the Society, present key risks and issues and be able to present a coherent position to a range of senior stakeholders. Working on key FP&A tool enhancements on systems such as QRM (a forecasting and treasury system), the Senior Finance Analyst will play a lead role in leading projects to deliver these enhancements. Experienced in financial forecasting and planning youll have had significant exposure to management information and have knowledge of planning and forecasting processes and modelling. Youll have relevant experience within a finance or treasury function and will have completed or be studying towards an accounting qualification.
