We currently have a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity within our newly created Pricing Team for a Pricing Manager. This role is central to developing data, insight and tooling to optimise pricing decisions that enhance both profitability and market share. Curiosity and strong data analytics skills are essential, as the role plays a key part in shaping our future strategy.
The Pricing Manager will analyse market trends, competitor activity and internal data to ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with wider business goals. A key focus will be building elasticity curves and reviewing our existing pricing tools to assess whether they remain fit for purpose. This is a hands-on analytical role that requires someone who enjoys digging into data, uncovering insights and translating those findings into meaningful commercial recommendations. Once the analysis is complete, the role is all about taking those insights forward, gaining a seat at the table, presenting clear conclusions, and forming strong partnerships across our vertical towers and stakeholders. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to use data to inform strategy and influence decision-making across the business.

Location: We operate on a team led hybrid approach with at least once a quarter in the Manchester or Coventry office. We reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
To be successful in this role it's essential you have:
- Strong understanding of the UK Financial Services market and experience with key banking products, pricing and market trends.
- Experience in product or strategy roles, ideally within financial services or another regulated sector.
- Ability to produce detailed market pricing analysis.
- Experience creating pricing tools to assess price elasticity.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Able to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, strategic insights.
Desirable experience will be:
- Handling of big data and managing, storing, and analysing vast, complex, and high-velocity data sets.
- Independent thinking, active inquiry, and a refusal to accept information at face value.
