We are recruiting for a Treasury Analyst - QRM to join our FP&A department and work within the Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) team. The role holder will maintain and develop the Society's Financial Forecast and Balance Sheet modelling tool QRM, which is integral to the production and successful application of forecasting and treasury activities and to adequately address prudential risks that the Society faces.
This role will be part of a team of professionals who act as a support function for QRM and some aspects of financial modelling across Finance, ensuring they are compliant with model governance requirements. The Treasury Analyst - QRM will be required to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure that the needs of a wide range of internal customers are being met.
Managing and overseeing the provision of high-quality financial analysis and reporting, the person in post will ensure that information enables effective, informed commercial decision making, and that frameworks are developed to capture risks.
Location: We operate on a team led hybrid approach across the Coventry & / or Manchester office.
Working Hours: 9 - 5 Mon to Fri but flexible and as the job demands.

To be successful in this role it’s essential that you will:
- Have experience in FP&A, Treasury, QRM or applicable area.
- Have experience with treasury management systems and reporting tools.
- Possess strong Excel skills.
- Have experience of using analytical tools to provide financial insight.
- Have strong mathematical and computer literacy.
- Have a track record in excellent stakeholder management and engagement.
Desirable experience will be:
- Holding or started an appropriate finance professional qualification.
- QRM experience.
- Experienced in working in financial services or a similar regulated B2C business.
