The role focuses on translating internal stories into eye-catching visual assets that cut through, connect colleagues and elevate the quality and ambition of internal communications.
The person in post requires exceptional graphic design capability and fluency in PowerPoint, producing beautifully crafted, high-impact presentations for leadership audiences, Townhalls and key moments across the organisation. These materials must feel confident, modern and purposeful, while being clearly rooted in the Group's brand style, visual identity and accessibility standards.
They will also be a digital-native, using tools such as Canva and CapCut to create agile, social-first visuals and short-form content designed specifically for internal digital channels. Rather than long-form or traditional production, the emphasis is on fast, high-quality design that feels creator-led, contemporary and optimised for how colleagues actually consume content.
There is a strong expectation that the role brings a fresh, playful and confident visual style to internal communications, while ensuring all outputs remain consistent with brand guidelines, accurate and aligned to organisational priorities. Curiosity about social and design trends, emerging formats and the use of AI is encouraged, with space to experiment and evolve internal content in a way that feels modern, engaging and distinctly "on brand".
Working collaboratively with Internal Communications, Brand, the in-house Design Studio and Organic Social teams, the role helps align creative approaches across internal and external channels. It builds strong relationships that encourage idea-sharing, creative challenge and innovation, while ensuring the Group shows up consistently and confidently across all platforms.
We operate on a team led hybrid approach with at least 2 days a week in the Coventry & / or Manchester office.
