Coventry Building Society in Leek is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for personal and business banking customers. You will support customers through our digital transformation across in person, telephone and secure messages, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm with one Saturday a month.

You will handle cash and update customer records using internal systems, educate customers about fraud and scams, and encourage appointments with our Personal Banking.
