Coventry Building Society is seeking a Head of Homes Proposition to steer the homes product strategy post-merger with The Co-operative Bank.

You will own the proposition roadmap, drive new offerings, and enhance member and broker services while delivering major transformation programmes.

Hybrid work from Coventry-based offices is offered.
