About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Rugby branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment where every day is different. This is a 12-month opportunity. The role suits someone who’s at ease with people and able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include finding solutions for customers, staying up-to-date with our services and policies, managing admin tasks, handling cash transactions carefully and accurately, and taking calls as part of our Customer Service team.
