The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.This role will suit someone who’s at ease talking to lots of different people and able to support their needs in a caring, friendly and efficient manner. It involves finding solutions for our customers, keeping up to date with our services, policies and procedures as well as staying on top of admin.
