# Customer Service Assistant*Location*Location:Location:ColeshillLocation is a required field## About the roleWe’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Coleshill branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.This is a part time only opportunity working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.45am – 5pm plus every other Saturday 8.45am – 12.30pm (time off in lieu with be given for working Saturdays).This role will suit someone who’s at ease talking to lots of different people and able to support their needs in a caring, friendly and efficient manner. It involves finding solutions for our customers, keeping up to date with our services, policies and procedures as well as staying on top of admin.
