About the role Were looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Rugbybranch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different. This is an up to 12 month opportunity.
This role will suit someone whos at ease talking to lots of different people and able to support their needs in a caring, friendly and efficient manner. It involves finding solutions for our customers, keeping up to date with our services, policies andproceduresas well as staying on top of admin. Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately are among its key responsibilities, as well as takingtelephonecalls for our greater Customer Service area.
